Research on Energy-saving Technology Based on Adaptive Load Classification in Oil Industry
-
Abstract
To address the issues of high energy consumption and low operational efficiency in the petroleum industry, an energy-saving control technology based on adaptive load grading was proposed. First, the power load characteristics of the petroleum industry were analyzed, and a load grading system tailored to the industry's features was established. Second, a temperature-load coupled state prediction model was developed to achieve precise forecasting of load variations in petroleum production equipment. Finally, an adaptive load regulation strategy based on operating conditions was implemented to enable dynamic load grading and precise control. Additionally, a simulation verification platform for energy-saving control in the petroleum industry was constructed to comprehensively evaluate the performance and energy-saving effects of the adaptive load grading control technology. Experimental results demonstrated that this technology achieved a 12.7% electricity savings rate and a 17.5% peak load reduction rate, reducing energy consumption while ensuring safe and stable production processes.
