Abstract
As the information level of power transmission and transformation project cost management improves, the amount of data related to the project cost continues to increase. For design optimization, the cost of the whole life cycle management to provide quantitative analysis of the decision-making tools, analysis the same condition of historical project data, to establish effective prediction model can provide the reasonable cost control and effective management of quantitative support is of great significance. Paper puts forward a model based on integrated study of PLS-ANN forecasting model of building a framework and algorithm, combined with the actual engineering data analysis of the history and model training, and a set of test data proved that the prediction method of accurate and effective.
