Abstract
In high-voltage, high-current and other harsh environments, high-voltage switches are prone to a relatively high failure rate during long-term operation. Precise analysis of failure causes and implementation of effective preventive measures are of vital significance for the secure and stable operation of the power system. Thus, this paper elaborately analyzes the common failure types and root causes of high-voltage switches, delves deeply into high-voltage switch failure cases, and puts forward targeted preventive measures. The research findings can offer valuable references for enhancing the operational reliability of high-voltage switches and the safety and stability of the power system.
