Error Analysis of Output Imbalance in Phase-shifting Transformers

  • In modern times where high-power devices are being used more frequently, the use of Phase-Shifting Transformers(PST) is also increasing. However, there will always be some errors when implementing the phase-shifting function of the phase-shifting transformer, which will have a certain impact on the stability of the system. To this end, Simulink simulation is used to first simulate the principle level of PST, and then rectifier modules are used for multi module series parallel connection to detect module output data for analysis. By simulating the data analysis of phase shift angle error under different conditions, it is found that the current, voltage, and power output of the module are affected by phase shift angle error, resulting in uneven power output.
