Research on the Construction Technology of Power Line Tower Assembly Under Mountainous Terrain Conditions

In order to ensure the safe and efficient construction of power line tower assembly, this article elaborates on the key technical points of tower assembly construction based on a certain engineering example. Firstly, before the installation of the tower, the anti fall device should be strictly installed according to the specifications, and a comprehensive inspection should be conducted to ensure that the device is firm, reliable, and free from deformation and damage. Secondly, during the lifting process of the tower, the method of using a whole standing and holding pole was adopted, which effectively improved the construction efficiency. To ensure a smooth and safe lifting process, the direction of the pole placement should strictly follow the diagonal direction of the iron tower, and the angle of the pole should be adjusted according to the actual situation to ensure even force distribution. During the tower assembly process, real-time monitoring was conducted on the anti twist cables on each floor. The results indicate that the cable force is reasonable and the tower structure is stable. Finally, after comprehensive testing and evaluation, the operational status of the tower structure fully meets its design and usage requirements.
