Design and Application of an Intelligent Portable Electrical Equipment Dryer

In order to improve the intelligent level and efficiency of electrical equipment drying, this paper proposes an intelligent portable electrical equipment dryer. The structure of the dryer was introduced, the control principle of the digital controller, the angle adjustment algorithm of the louver tuyere blade and the principle of the intelligent control algorithm were analyzed, and the type experiment of the prototype was carried out. The results show that the intelligent portable electrical equipment dryer can realize real-time monitoring of the temperature and humidity of the power cabinet, automatically adjust the outlet temperature, wind speed and wind direction of the device, and realize the purpose of rapid drying and de-artificialization.
