Signal Integrity Simulation Analysis of SPI Interface Circuit Based on Hyperlynx Computer Engineer and Application

Abstract
Because of the excessive transmission segment existed in the design of SPI interface circuit of the optics and fine mechanics system, signal integrity problems is inevitiable. The clock amplitude is lower than the threshold requirement of DSP chip in low temperature environment, so it is wrong for DSP to read data from flash chip. Key signal, such as clock of the SPI interface circuit is simulated with hyperlynx. By series termination wih 280 Ω, it is valid for the flash chip to get more higher clock amplitude, so it is successful to slove the problem that the DSP read data from flash chip wrongly in low temperature environment.
