Research and Application of Independent Controllable CPU Chip Based on RK3568 and DDR Adaptation

This article introduces the requirements and key points for the adaptation of RK3568 with various types of DDR chips. It focuses on the research of DDR circuit design, ECC function design, DDR peripheral circuit design, and the topology and matching methods of DDR. At the same time, based on the research conclusions, the device development has been completed.
