Study on the Improvement of Foreign Atmospheric Release Valve Sleeve

Abstract
A certain model of foreign atmospheric release valve sleeve is taken as the object of study, and based on the structure of its window form, its simulation evaluation is carried out. At the same time, a new type of sleeve in porous form is designed to compare and analyse the performance of the two structures. In this paper, firstly, the model of the valve is established, and then simulation software is used to carry out the fluid simulation, and the flow field information of the two types of sleeves under the working condition is obtained. Afterwards, the pressure distribution of the sleeve in the flow field information is extracted, and the pressure information is imported into simulation software for one-way coupling of static structural stress-strain. Finally, it is found that the use of the optimised sleeve reduces the internal fluid flow rate, reduces the local vortex, and improves the stress distribution of the sleeve structure.
