Silicone Replacement Device for Portable Transformer Respirator

In the actual operation of the transformer, due to the aging of silica gel and other hygroscopic agents with time, their hygroscopic performance gradually decreases, resulting in the inability of the respirator to effectively remove impurities and moisture in the air, which in turn affects the stable operation of the transformer. Therefore, the research on the replacement method of silica gel for portable transformer respirator is proposed. Firstly, the structure of the transformer respirator, the current silica gel replacement process and the existing problems are introduced, and secondly, the design of the portable transformer non-disassembly replacement silicone respirator device is carried out, and the silica gel replacement operation of the portable transformer respirator device without disassembly is completed. The results of the case analysis show that the portable transformer disassembly-free replacement silicone respirator device meets the replacement time requirement, so it can be seen that the device greatly improves the silica gel replacement efficiency of the transformer respirator.
