Adjustable Load Potential Evaluation Method Based on Non-Intrusive Load Identification
-
Abstract
The current surge in residential electricity consumption has enormous potential for air conditioning load response, but the difficulty in obtaining air conditioning load data limits the assessment of response potential and user interaction. Non-invasive load monitoring(NILM) technology provides the ability to obtain fine-grained data. Based on the analysis results of NILM, this paper summarizes the overall situation of residential air conditioning in the region and proposes an adjustable load potential evaluation method based on comfort limits of regional air conditioning. In the load analysis of 135 households, the maximum achievable air conditioning load drop is 30%, providing new practical basis for the evaluation of adjustable load potential.
