Research on Conversion Efficiency of Large Scale Energy Storage Stations

  • The overall conversion efficiency of large-scale energy storage systems is a key technical performance indicator for the later operation of energy storage power plants. The calculation of overall conversion efficiency includes the efficiency of various subsystems and constituent equipment within the energy storage system. The selection of equipment and the design of collection lines in the energy storage system will also further affect the overall efficiency of large-scale energy storage systems. This study provides a detailed analysis of the efficiency composition of various subsystems in large-scale energy storage systems, and analyzes the overall conversion efficiency of large-scale energy storage power plants through specific engineering examples. It has certain reference value for the design of subsequent energy storage power plants.
