Cause Analysis of Gear Box Tooth Beating of Wind Turbine and Research on Field Technical Improvement Measures

  • The structure of wind power gearbox is generally composed of multi-level planet+first-level parallel structure. The planet-level transmission structure is complex, the processing and the assembly request are high, when the wind field is running, the foreign body is easy to be mixed and the tooth-grinding problem occurs. The method described in this paper for the technical modification of the first grade planetary frame of the gearbox on the wind turbine unit overcomes the disadvantages of the small construction space and the greater operational difficulty of the gearbox on the spot technical modification, it can avoid high cost pressure caused by gear box rework, and make on-the-spot technical modification of gear box of wind turbine more convenient and faster.
