Monitoring of Ground Ice Status of Transmission Lines Measured by Lidar

Abstract
In view of the transmission line ground ice state monitoring, the research design a new detection technology, the method by record laser radar, the transmission line ground ice state monitorin, through the lifting control control of hardware structure. The control of the laser and other components is realized through the main engine control part, and the video signal is transmitted to the LCD screen at the back end through the optical system. This study also uses the improved NSGA algorithm to quickly query the multiple targets of ice in the distribution network and realize the rapid positioning of ice location. Through the test, the method of this study has high ice recognition rate and low error.
