一起35kV断路器拒分的异常分析与防范措施

  • 摘要: 介绍了35kV弹簧断路器的储能原理,针对一起因合闸弹簧预压缩量偏低引起的无法正常分闸的故障,在隔离异常开关后进行现场检查、测试,然后对断路器机构异常部件进行处置、试验,并综合分析异常原因,对该同型号断路器异常的诊断与处理提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The energy storage mechanism of a 35kV spring circuit breaker is introduced. In response to a fault caused by insufficient pre-compression amount of the closing spring, which resulted in the inability to open the circuit breaker normally, on-site inspection and testing were conducted after isolating the abnormal switch. Subsequently, the abnormal components of the circuit breaker mechanism were disposed of and tested. A comprehensive analysis of the cause of the abnormality was performed, providing a reference for the diagnosis and handling of similar faults in circuit breakers of the same model.
