一起35kV穿墙套管电压型致热故障分析

Analysis of Voltage-Type Heating Faults in 35kV Wall Bushing

  • 摘要: 35kV穿墙套管作为变电站中连接户内外电气设备的重要绝缘和支撑部件,其运行可靠性直接影响电力系统的安全稳定。电压致热型故障因其温差小、隐蔽性强、难以发现等特点,对设备状态检测提出了更高要求。本文结合红外热成像,超声波检测等现代诊断技术,提出针对电压型致热故障的检测策略。并针对一起35kV穿墙套管电压型致热典型故障案例,分析其发热特征、成因及处理过程。最后从运维检测,日常维护等角度提出了预防电压型致热故障的综合措施,为电力设备的安全运行提供理论依据和实践指导。

     

    Abstract: As an important insulation and support component connecting indoor and outdoor electrical equipment in substations, 35kV wall bushings directly affect the safety and stability of the power system through their operational reliability. Voltage-induced overheating faults, characterized by small temperature differences, strong concealment, and difficulty in detection, put higher demands on equipment condition monitoring. This paper, combining modern diagnostic technologies such as infrared thermography and ultrasonic testing, proposes detection strategies for voltage-induced overheating faults. A typical case of a 35kV wall bushing voltage-induced overheating fault is analyzed in terms of its heating characteristics, causes, and handling process. Finally, comprehensive measures for preventing voltage-induced overheating faults are proposed from the perspectives of operation, maintenance, and routine inspection, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the safe operation of power equipment.
