小羊窝光伏升压站220kV线路工程 送出线路设计

Transmission line design of Xiaoyangwo Photovoltaic Booster Station 220kV line project

  • 摘要: 为实现巧家县小羊窝50MW光伏电站的可靠并网发电,本文针对巧家小羊窝光伏升压站220kV海坝光伏升压站220kV线路工程开展设计研究。首先明确工程核心概况,新建220kV升压站1座及1回220kV送出线路,线路长度约13.2km,导线截面采用2×300mm2。在此基础上,重点围绕系统接入方案、路径方案、导线和地线选型三大核心设计模块展开分析,完成从升压站构架挂点至海坝光伏升压站构架挂点的线路本体及光纤通信部分设计,同时涵盖引接工程、邻近通信线保护及工程估算等内容。本工程设计严格遵循云南电网有限责任公司相关接入意见,为小羊窝光伏电站电能安全高效送出提供技术支撑,助力区域清洁能源消纳与电力系统优化升级。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize reliable grid-connected power generation of Xiaoyangwo 50MW photovoltaic power station in Qiaojia County, this paper carries out design research on the 220kV line project of Qiaojia Xiaoyangwo photovoltaic booster station 220kV Haiba photovoltaic booster station. First, the core overview of the project is clarified. A new 220kV booster station and a new 220kV transmission line are built. The line length is about 13.2 km, and the conductor cross section is 2×300 mm 2. On this basis, the analysis focuses on the three core design modules of system access scheme, path scheme, conductor and ground wire selection, and completes the line body and optical fiber communication part design from the booster station structure hanging point to the Haiba photovoltaic booster station structure hanging point, and also covers lead engineering, adjacent communication line protection and project estimation. The design of this project strictly follows the relevant access opinions of Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd., provides technical support for the safe and efficient transmission of electric energy from Xiaoyangwo Photovoltaic Power Station, and assists regional clean energy consumption and power system optimization and upgrading.
