锂电池储能电站自动灭火系统的研究和设计

Research and Design of Automatic Fire extinguishingfor Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Power Stations

  • 摘要: 锂电池储能在新型储能体系中占据主导地位,其火灾安全问题已成为行业发展瓶颈。本文针对锂电池储能的自动灭火系统进行了研究,梳理了国内标准体系建设现状及相应国家标准、行业标准和地方标准,对不同灭火介质的灭火机理进行分析,提出三种工程设计典型自动灭火系统技术路线并研究差异和优劣,为指导工程实践提供借鉴与参考。

     

    Abstract: While lithium-ion batteries constitute the mainstream of novel energy storage systems, safety incidents involving fire have emerged as a primary constraint on sector growth. This paper investigates the automatic fire suppression systems for lithium-ion battery energy storage, reviews the current status of the relevant national standards system, including corresponding national, industry, and local standards, and analyzes the fire extinguishing mechanisms of different extinguishing agents. Three typical technical routes for automatic fire extinguishing systems in engineering design are proposed, and their differences, advantages, and disadvantages are evaluated, offering valuable insights to inform engineering practices.
