基于MCGS的PLC课程实验被控对象的开发实践

Development practice of controlled objects for PLC course experiments based on MCGS

  • 摘要: 针对高职院校PLC课程实验中传统被控对象成本高、易损坏、直观性不足等问题,提出一种基于MCGS组态软件开发虚拟实验被控对象的方案。以搬运机械手为被控对象实例,详细阐述了系统架构设计、MCGS项目组态开发及PLC联机调试的完整流程。教学实践表明,该方案可有效提升实验直观性与程序调试效率,取得了良好的教学应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Addressing the shortcomings of traditional controlled objects in PLC course experiments in higher vocational colleges — such as high cost, easy damage and insufficient intuition — this paper proposes a scheme for developing virtual experimental controlled objects based on MCGS configuration software. Taking a handling manipulator as the controlled object example, this paper elaborates the complete process of system architecture design, MCGS project configuration and PLC online debugging. Teaching practice shows that the scheme can effectively improve experimental intuition and program debugging efficiency, and achieves favorable teaching results.
