摘要: 工业控制系统在石油化工行业中发挥着关键作用。近年来,以大模型、人工智能为代表的数字化转型技术已成为推动传统产业转型升级的关键力量,其在科研和工业领域的影响力与日俱增。从单一自动化设备到复杂机械的实时控制,从生产流程到整体工厂的监控优化,数字智能化技术正被广泛应用于不同层级的工业控制系统。本论文旨在系统梳理工业控制系统数字化的实施现状,总结现阶段工业控制系统的数据采集方式,结合工业过程自动化发展的前沿趋势,归纳了当前主流的智能算法及其在典型工业场景中的应用实践,并进一步探讨了工控系统数字智能化的未来发展方向,提出推动智能控制应用发展的建议,以期为工业系统发展提供新思路。Abstract: Industrial control systems play a crucial role in the petrochemical industry. In recent years, digital transformation technologies represented by large models and artificial intelligence have become the key force driving the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and their influence in scientific research and industrial fields has been increasing day by day. From the real-time control of single automated equipment to complex machinery, from production processes to the monitoring and optimization of entire factories, digital intelligent technologies are being widely applied at different levels of industrial control systems. This paper aims to systematically review the current implementation status of digitalization in industrial control systems, summarize the current data collection methods of industrial control systems, combine the cutting-edge trends in industrial process automation, and summarize the current mainstream intelligent algorithms and their application practices in typical industrial scenarios. It further explores the future development direction of digital intelligence in industrial control systems and puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of intelligent control applications, with the aim of providing new ideas for the development of industrial systems.
