核电厂一回路边界设备法兰用纯石墨密封垫片的研制与应用

Development and Application of Pure Graphite sealing Gaskets for Equipment Flanges of the Primary Circuit Boundary in Nuclear Power Plants

  • 摘要: 核电厂一回路边界设备作为核电站的一回路承压边界的关键组成部分,其设备法兰的密封可靠性是确保设备安全稳定运行的重要保证。本文从核电厂一回路边界设备法兰密封的机理分析出发,系统开展了法兰密封用纯石墨密封垫片的研制和验证创新研究,形成了一套完整的技术方案。工程应用结果表明,该方案有效解决了设备法兰用纯石墨密封垫片研制与验证难题,显著提升了国产化纯石墨密封垫片的密封可靠性,为机组的安全稳定运行奠定了坚实保障。

     

    Abstract: As a key component of the pressure boundary of the primary circuit in a nuclear power plant, the sealing reliability of the equipment flange of primary circuit boundary equipment is essential for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment. Starting from a mechanistic analysis of flange sealing for primary circuit boundary equipment, this paper systematically carries out innovative research on the development and validation of pure graphite gaskets for flange sealing, resulting in a complete technical solution. Engineering application results show that this solution effectively addresses the challenges in developing and validating pure graphite gaskets for equipment flanges, significantly improves the sealing reliability of domestically produced pure graphite gaskets, and lays a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the units.
