基于虚拟映射的换电站转运设备建模研究

Research of Modeling for Transfer Device in Swap Station Based on the Virtual Mapping

  • 摘要: 设备建模作为换电站监控系统的重要组成部分,传统数据采集与监视系统中,通常先创建设备实例,再创建测点信息,适用于位置固定的站内设备。针对现有方法对转运设备建模适配性不好等问题,文中提出一种基于虚拟映射的设备建模方法,首先根据电站规模配置转运设备所需的虚拟设备,然后配置虚拟设备测点,最后根据实际情况配置真实转运设备。文章以虚拟映射为基础,实现转运设备灵活建模,配置过程简单合理,具有良好的工程适用性。

     

    Abstract: Device modeling, as an important part of monitoring system in swapping station. In traditional supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) systems, device instance is typically created first, and then the corresponding measurement point is configured, which is suitable for stable device in station. Aiming at the poor adaptability of existing SCADA system in modeling for transfer device, we propose a modeling method based on virtual mapping. It firstly configures the necessary virtual devices based on scale of station. And then, it configures the measurement points of virtual devices. Finally, it configures the real transfer devices according to actual scenarios. This paper takes the virtual mapping as the modeling basis to achieve the modeling of transfer device, and the proposed method is simple and reasonable with better engineering applicability.
