含分布式电源配电网经济调度策略研究

Research on Economic Dispatch Strategy for Distribution Networks Incorporating Distributed Generation

  • 摘要: 随着分布式电源(Distributed Generation, DG)在10kV配电网中的渗透率不断增大,DG运行情况对配电网经济调度产生了直接的影响。为了进一步提高含DG配电网运行经济性,本文通过建立以全网网损率最小为目标的经济调度优化模型,采用改进遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm, GA)与改进粒子群算法(Particle Swarm Optimization, PSO)求解,得出了包含了110kV主变与10kV配变调档、DG输出功率优化、电容器组投切优化的经济调度策略。最后,通过实例研究验证本文提出的经济调度优化策略具有较强的有效性与经济性。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing penetration of Distributed Generation (DG) in 10kV distribution networks, its operational status directly impacts the economic dispatch of the distribution system. To further enhance the operational economy of distribution networks containing DG, this paper establishes an economic dispatch optimization model aiming to minimize the total network loss rate. Utilizing an Improved Genetic Algorithm and an Improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm for solution, an economic dispatch strategy is derived. This strategy encompasses the optimization of tap settings for 110kV main transformer and 10kV distribution transformers, DG output power, and capacitor bank switching. Finally, a case study verifies that the proposed economic dispatch optimization strategy demonstrates strong effectiveness and economic value.
