电厂中压给水节能改造研究实现

Research and Implementation of Medium-Pressure Feedwater Energy Saving in Power Plants

  • 摘要: 随着全球能源危机的加剧和环境保护意识的提高,节能减排已成为工业等领域的重要议题。中压给水系统作为发电厂中常见的冷却设备,其能耗问题日益受到关注。本研究旨在探讨中压给水系统的节能改造方法,并提出具体的实现策略,本文通过分析中压给水系统的工作原理及其能耗特点,明确了节能改造的关键环节,本文提出一系列措施包括但不限于优化中压给水机组的运行参数、改进循环泵的控制策略,本文还探讨了节能改造的经济性问题。通过成本效益分析,计算了改造投资回收期和净现值等经济指标。

    Abstract: With the intensification of the global energy crisis and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction have become important issues in industries and other fields. As a common cooling equipment in power plants, the energy consumption of medium pressure water supply systems is increasingly receiving attention. This study aims to explore energy-saving renovation methods for medium pressure water supply systems and propose specific implementation strategies. By analyzing the working principle and energy consumption characteristics of medium pressure water supply systems, this paper clarifies the key links of energy-saving renovation. A series of measures are proposed, including but not limited to optimizing the operating parameters of medium pressure water supply units, improving the control strategy of circulating pumps, and exploring the economic issues of energy-saving renovation. Through cost-benefit analysis, economic indicators such as the payback period and net present value of the renovation investment were calculated.
