高陡边坡上电缆通道施工技术探讨

Discussion on Construction Technology for Cable Trenches on Steep Slopes

  • 摘要: 电缆通道作为敷设电缆常用设施之一,通常采用钢筋混凝土或玻璃钢等材料制成,兼有防雨、防火、防爆以及人员检修等功能。水利发电厂内电缆通道的建设,往往是对既有设施的整治升级或重建,容易受到地形不平整、边坡陡峭、交叉作业、设施保护等因素的限制,对工程的安全文明生产提出较高的要求。本文着眼于高陡边坡上电缆通道施工,结合黄龙滩水电站2号厂房至坝面段电缆通道整治工程,探讨施工难点及解决方法,可供其他工程参考。

     

    Abstract: As one of the common facilities for laying cables, cable ducts are usually made of materials such as reinforced concrete or glass fiber reinforced plastic, and have multiple functions including rainproofing, fireproofing, explosion protection and facilitating personnel maintenance. The construction of cable ducts in hydropower plants is often the renovation, upgrading or reconstruction of existing facilities, which is susceptible to restrictions such as uneven terrain, steep slopes, cross-operation and facility protection,thus imposing high requirements on the safe and civilized production of the project. Focusing on the construction of cable ducts on high and steep slopes, this paper discusses the construction difficulties and corresponding solutions by taking the cable duct renovation project from the No.2 powerhouse to the dam surface of Huanglongtan Hydropower Station as a case study, which can provide reference for other similar projects.
