Abstract:
As the proportion of electric vehicles in the total number of vehicles gradually increases, the construction of charging piles in scenic areas is an inevitable requirement to improve tourism supporting facilities and meet tourists" needs for green travel. The characteristics of passenger flow in scenic areas are that tourists stay for a long time. However, fast-charging piles have high construction costs and short usage durations, which cannot fully meet the needs of self-driving tourists for charging during their stay. Therefore, this article takes the "Jingzhou Fangte Oriental Myth" scenic area as an example to propose a targeted slow-charging pile configuration plan for the special destination-type charging scenario in tourist attractions. This plan takes the utilization rate of charging piles as the objective function, uses passenger flow characteristics as the basic input, and outputs a reasonable construction scale of slow-charging piles, which can be used to guide scenic areas or charging pile investment units to achieve certain investment returns in such scenarios.
