Abstract:
Radial sliding bearings are one of the most commonly used components in modern machinery, serving to bear radial loads and reduce friction and wear. Studying the factors that affect the lubrication performance of radial sliding bearings is of great significance for improving their performance. This article, from the perspective of radial bearing parameters, employs the method of controlled variables and utilizes finite element analysis software to analyze the variation patterns of lubricant film pressure and film thickness under different bearing radii, radial clearances, and lubricant viscosities. Based on this, it explores the impact of radial bearing parameters on the lubrication performance of radial sliding bearings, aiming to achieve the goal of improving the lubrication performance of radial sliding bearings.
