Analysis and treatment of discharge failure of GIS outlet wall bushing based on UV imaging technology

摘要: GIS出线穿墙套作为户内GIS设备与户外设备连接的重要载体,布置在户外,易受恶劣环境影响而出现放电故障。基于此,本文运用紫外成像技术对GIS出线穿墙套开展带电检测,通过放电光子数准确判断出放电部位,及时停电进行故障处理,避免了电力设备故障范围扩大。首先介绍了紫外成像技术的检测原理,然后给出电气设备电晕放电缺陷分类和判定依据,最后通过某变电站GIS出线穿墙套管放电案例,阐述了其检查处理、原因分析以及防范措施,为户外电气设备带电检测提供一定参考和指导。Abstract: As an important carrier for connecting indoor GIS equipment with outdoor equipment, the GIS outlet wall bushing is placed outdoors and is prone to discharge faults due to adverse environmental conditions. Based on this, this paper uses ultraviolet imaging technology to conduct live detection on the GIS outlet wall bushing, accurately determining the discharge location through the number of discharge photons, and promptly shutting down the power for fault handling, thus avoiding the expansion of the fault range of power equipment. Firstly, the detection principle of ultraviolet imaging technology is introduced, then the classification and judgment basis of electrical equipment corona discharge defects are given, and finally, through a case of discharge of the GIS outlet wall bushing in a certain substation, the inspection and handling, cause analysis, and preventive measures are expounded, providing certain reference and guidance for live detection of outdoor electrical equipment.
