内蒙古赤峰地区电网安全稳定控制措施研究

Research on the measures of power grid security and stability control in Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia

  • 摘要: 为了保障内蒙古地区电网安全稳定运行,针对内蒙古赤峰规划建设的抽水蓄能电站投运后可能出现的各种运行方式,结合当前内蒙古赤峰地区的电网情况,研究赤峰地区潜在的安全稳定问题迫在眉睫。本研究通过中国电力科学研究院《PSD电力系统分析软件工具(PSD-BPA)》计算地区热稳定及同步稳定问题,校验新能源短路比,并对东北电网特高压直流闭锁故障频率分析,查找出潜在风险,提出了安全稳定控制措施的优化协调方案及设备配置。对研究赤峰地区电力外送,提高电网安全稳定运行有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid in Inner Mongolia, it is imperative to study the potential security and stability issues in Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia, given the possible operation modes after the commissioning of the pumped storage power station planned to be built in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia and in combination with the current situation of the power grid in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia. This study analyzes the regional thermal stability and synchronous stability issues through the tool PSD-BPA for power system analysis of the China Electric Power Research Institute, verifies the short-circuit ratio of new energy, and analyzes the frequency of voltage DC fault locking in the Northeast Power Grid. Potential risks are identified, and an optimized coordination scheme and equipment configuration for security and stability control measures are proposed. It is of practical to study the power transmission from Chifeng area and improve the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
