一种SMC插件测试系统的设计与开发

Design and Development of an SMC Board Testing System

  • 摘要: 随着碳中和、碳达峰总体要求的提出,可再生能源电力发展急剧加速,其消纳和送出越发重要。柔性直流输电作为新一代直流输电技术因其输电高效率、灵活性强、节能环保,能提高电网稳定性和可靠性优势,已充分发展并在大量工程应用。柔性直流输电的关键组件是换流阀的子模块中控板,即SMC插件(Sub-module Control Borad),其正确稳定运行尤为重要。为实现对SMC插件的自动测试,以验证其硬件功能正常,提出一种SMC插件测试系统。该系统由调试仪、测试工装、程控源、扫码枪、SMC插件组成。采用SMC插件测试系统,通过调试仪自动控制测试过程,测试高效便捷,可应用于厂内插件生产测试和工程现场检修测试。

     

    Abstract: With the overall requirements of carbon neutrality and peak carbon emissions, the development of renewable energy power is accelerating rapidly, and its consumption and transmission are becoming increasingly important. Flexible direct current transmission, as a new generation of direct current transmission technology, has been fully developed and widely applied in engineering due to its advantages of high transmission efficiency, strong flexibility, energy conservation and environmental protection, which can improve the stability and reliability of the power grid. The key component of flexible direct current transmission is the sub module control board of the converter valve, namely the SMC board, which is particularly important for its correct and stable operation. To achieve automatic testing of SMC boards and verify their hardware functionality, a SMC board testing system is proposed. This system consists of a debugging device, testing fixture, programmable source, barcode scanner, and the SMC board. The SMC board testing system is used to automatically control the testing process through the debugging device. The testing is efficient and convenient, and can be applied to plugin board production testing in the factory and on-site maintenance testing in engineering.
