摘要: 本文介绍了一起220kV变压器高压侧箱沿螺栓异常发热现象,经分析该发热由漏磁通引起的箱沿涡流导致,通过在螺栓处并联铜材质导流片降低螺栓电流,从而降低螺栓温度,消除缺陷。Abstract: This paper introduces an abnormal heating phenomenon of the bolts along the edge of the high-voltage side box of a 220kV transformer. After analysis, it is found that the heating is caused by the eddy current along the edge of the box due to leakage magnetic flux. By paralleling copper material current guide plates, the current of the bolts is reduced, thereby lowering the temperature of the bolts.
