Abstract:
A closed-loop method is proposed for distribution-network feeder fault handling. Event coding and state transitions connect verification, section location, scheme checking, isolation, load transfer, restoration verification, archiving and rule feedback, with timeout and rollback controls. A 2025 comparison of 60 events before and 60 after implementation shows lower location, isolation and restoration times. The secondary-dispatch rate fell from 36.7% to 15.0%, while the closed-loop completion rate rose from 78.3% to 95.0%. The method improves efficiency and traceability.
