超、特高压输电线路无人机验电装置研制

Development of a UAV-based power verification device for ultra/extra-high voltage transmission lines

  • 摘要: 针对特超高压输电线路停电检修中人工登塔作业效率低、风险高的问题,本研究研制了一套无人机验电装置,实现全流程地面操控自动化。融合了高绝缘材料技术、高精度传感技术、数字信号处理、无线通信和物联网监控技术,实现远程、非接触、智能化的电位状态诊断。实际应用表明,该装置使作业时间缩短70%,人员减至2人,验电准确率达100%,显著提升安全性与效率,为电网智能化检修提供新方案。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of low efficiency and high risks associated with manual tower climbing during the outage maintenance of extra- and ultra-high voltage transmission lines, this study developed an unmanned aerial vehicle -mounted voltage detection device. This system enables fully automated, ground-controlled operation throughout the entire inspection process. It integrates technologies including advanced insulating materials, high-precision sensing, digital signal processing, wireless communication, and Internet of Things monitoring. This integration facilitates remote, non-contact, and intelligent diagnosis of the line"s potential status. Field applications demonstrate that the device reduces the operational time by 70%, cuts down the required personnel to two, and achieves a voltage verification accuracy rate of 100%. It significantly enhances both safety and operational efficiency, offering a novel solution for the intelligent maintenance of power grids.
