隔离开关与刀开关混合用检测装置研究

Research on a Hybrid Detection Device for Isolating Switches and Knife Switches

  • 摘要: 针对低压电器检测领域隔离开关或刀开关设备单一、效率低等问题,研发一款兼容两类开关的检测装置。通过优化机械结构与可拆卸换向机构,实现检测模式快速切换;构建以三菱PLC为核心、伺服电机与减速机为执行机构的硬件系统;开发含参数配置、运动控制、状态监测及二次开发功能的可视化软件。试验表明,装置扭矩300-500Nm,转速不低于150r/min,模式切换时间大幅缩短,效率与精度显著提升,稳定性与兼容性良好,可为行业提供高效多功能装备支撑。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of single type and low efficiency of the detection equipment for low-voltage electrical appliances such as isolating switches or knife switches, a detection device compatible with both types of switches was developed. By optimizing the mechanical structure and the detachable reversing mechanism, the rapid switching of detection modes was achieved. A hardware system was constructed with Mitsubishi PLC as the core and servo motors and reducers as the actuating mechanisms. A visual software was developed, featuring parameter configuration, motion control, status monitoring, and secondary development functions. Tests show that the device has a torque of 300-500 Nm, a speed of no less than 150 r/min, a significantly shortened mode switching time, and a notable improvement in efficiency and accuracy. It also demonstrates good stability and compatibility, providing efficient and multi-functional equipment support for the industry.
