基于西门子PLC1200的恒压供水变频控制方法分析

Analysis of a Variable Frequency Control Method for Constant Pressure Water Supply Based on Siemens S7‑1200 PLC

  • 摘要: 随着城市高层建筑规模不断扩大,二次供水系统对压力稳定性与节能性能提出了更高要求,为解决传统恒压供水控制中响应滞后及能耗偏高的问题,基于西门子S7-1200PLC构建恒压供水变频控制系统,通过分析供水管网特性与多泵并联运行规律,提出模糊自适应PID压力调节方法,并结合多泵加卸载与休眠控制策略,实现供水压力的动态优化调节。选取实际工程泵房开展运行测试与对比分析,结果表明该方法能够有效提升系统稳压性能与动态响应能力,同时降低运行能耗,具有良好的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous expansion of urban high?rise buildings, secondary water supply systems are increasingly demanded to deliver superior pressure stability and energy?saving performance. To address the issues of response lag and high energy consumption inherent in conventional constant pressure water supply control, a variable frequency control system for constant pressure water supply is constructed based on the Siemens S7?1200 PLC. By analyzing the characteristics of water supply networks and the operational principles of parallel multi?pump configurations, a fuzzy adaptive PID pressure regulation method is proposed, which is further integrated with multi?pump loading/unloading and sleep control strategies to achieve dynamic optimal regulation of water supply pressure. Operational tests and comparative analyses are conducted using an actual engineering pump room. The results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively enhances the pressure stability and dynamic response capability of the system while reducing operational energy consumption, thereby exhibiting favorable engineering application value.
