Abstract:
Low voltage distribution network is the last 100 meters facing millions of power customers. In the period of development and transformation of new power systems, distributed photovoltaic power generation, electric vehicle charging loads, energy storage devices, traditional power customer loads, etc. have all been connected to the low-voltage distribution network. This has led to the emergence of new situations such as hybrid power sources overlapping and variable power flow directions, while also causing new problems of distributed photovoltaic power generation leading to supply voltage exceeding the limit. This article proposes a voltage control method for low-voltage distribution networks based on flexible multi state switches. Through the mutual assistance of distributed photovoltaics, energy storage devices, and electric vehicle DC charging loads, the problem of voltage out-of-limits is effectively isolated, achieving flexible management of AC and DC in low-voltage distribution networks. Through the application verification of demonstration projects in Tianjin, it has provided practical solutions for the development of new power systems that can be referenced and referenced.
