Case Analysis of DC Abnormal Faults in the Insulation Monitoring System of Intelligent Substation DC Power Supplies

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一起500kV某智能变电站发生直流互窜异常故障的系统分析过程。为了深入探讨这类特殊直流互窜故障,通过现场图纸核验及详细排查,分析直流互窜时控制母线电压与短接电阻的关系,归纳出直流互窜异常的特征,总结出预防性维护策略与应急处理措施,显著提升变电站直流电源系统可靠性。

     

    Abstract: This article describes the system analysis process of a DC interconnection abnormality fault that occurred in a 500 kV smart substation. To gain a deeper understanding of such special DC interconnection faults, on-site drawing verification and detailed investigations were conducted to analyze the relationship between the control bus voltage and the short-circuit resistance during DC interconnection. The characteristics of DC interconnection abnormalities were identified, and preventive maintenance strategies and emergency response measures were summarized. These efforts significantly improved the reliability of the substation’s DC power supply monitoring system.
