Abstract:
To address the problems of poor flexibility in sensor placement and poor signal transmission stability in the vibration monitoring of existing wind turbines, an intelligent vibration signal acquisition device for wind turbines in adaptive environment was designed. The device uses the nacelle cylinder as the installation base, and sets circular tracks on its inner and outer surfaces. A mobile car is used to carry vibration sensors that move along the tracks, enabling the sensors to adjust their installation positions and arrangements according to the monitoring environment. Meanwhile, a wireless communication method is adopted to achieve data interaction between the acquisition end and the environmental monitoring upper computer, improving the stability of signal transmission. This design changes the traditional method of fixed installation of vibration sensors, and provides a feasible device solution for the flexible acquisition of vibration signals and state monitoring of wind turbines.
