基于PLC的电力系统电气二次设备检修技术研究

Research on Maintenance Technology of Electrical Secondary Equipment in Power System Based on PLC

  • 摘要: 针对目前电网二次设备维护工作效率低下、人工依靠人工等不足,探讨了可编程控制器在智能维护中的应用。基于可编程控制器的层次化智能化维修系统,将数据采集、故障诊断和自动化运行相结合,形成了从运行状态监控到确认修复的闭环过程。案例表明,该系统能自动处理故障与完成标准测试,将典型检修效率提升70%以上,且操作规范、数据可溯。实践证实,基于PLC的检修系统技术可行,显著提升检修效率与质量,为状态检修自动化提供有效解决方案。

     

    Abstract: This paper explores the application of programmable controllers in intelligent maintenance, in response to the current low efficiency of secondary equipment maintenance in the power grid and the reliance on manual labor. A hierarchical intelligent maintenance system based on programmable controllers combines data collection, fault diagnosis, and automated operation to form a closed-loop process from monitoring the operating status to confirming and repairing. The case shows that the system can automatically handle faults and complete standard tests, improving typical maintenance efficiency by more than 70%, with standardized operation and traceable data. Practice has proven that PLC based maintenance system technology is feasible, significantly improving maintenance efficiency and quality, and providing effective solutions for automated state maintenance.
