严寒地区供热电气设备冬季稳定运行保障技术探析

Technical Analysis on Stable Winter Operation Guarantee of Heating Electrical Equipment in Severe Cold Areas

  • 摘要: 严寒地区集中供热站冬季运行中,低温、潮湿、负荷突增和备用切换容易叠加,引起低压配电柜凝露、接触电阻升高、泵组过载、控制回路误动作等问题。以某严寒地区换热站为对象,构建“环境—负荷—设备状态”低温风险分级模型,形成柜内微环境调控、泵组错峰启停、备用电源快速切换和预测性维护相结合的保障方案。结果表明,该方案使关键设备综合风险指数由0.63降至0.29,低温告警处置时间缩短约42%,冬季连续运行能力有明显改善。

     

    Abstract: In severe cold areas, low temperature, high humidity, load mutation and standby switching may jointly cause condensation in low-voltage cabinets, contact-resistance increase, pump overload and control-loop maloperation. Taking a heat-exchange station in a severe cold area as the engineering object, a low-temperature risk grading model based on environment, load and equipment status is established. A combined guarantee scheme including cabinet micro-environment regulation, staggered pump start-stop, fast standby power switching and predictive maintenance is proposed. The results show that the comprehensive risk index of key equipment decreases from 0.63 to 0.29, and the alarm response time is reduced by about 42%, which improves the continuous winter operation capability of the heating electrical system.
