  • 摘要: 依托吉林东部长白山区山水落差、水系资源,集群建设千万千瓦级抽水蓄能基地是吉林省重大能源战略工程,目前吉林省已投运白山抽蓄、敦化抽蓄,2030年之前投运蛟河抽蓄;靖宇抽蓄、和龙抽蓄、塔拉河抽蓄目前已经核准,安图抽蓄、通化抽蓄、汪清抽蓄都已开展前期工作,预计在“十六五”期间陆续投运,投产后形成“东蓄能、西风光”双向互补清洁能源格局,大规模的抽蓄接入后将对吉林省网架结构及对省内新能源消纳率将产生重大影响。

     

    Abstract: Relying on the terrain elevation difference and water system resources of the Changbai Mountain area in eastern Jilin, the clustered construction of a pumped storage base with an installed capacity of ten million kilowatts constitutes a major energy strategic project of Jilin Province. At present, Baishan Pumped Storage Power Station and Dunhua Pumped Storage Power Station have been put into operation in Jilin Province, while Jiaohe Pumped Storage Power Station is scheduled to be commissioned before 2030. Jingyu Pumped Storage Power Station, Helong Pumped Storage Power Station and Tala River Pumped Storage Power Station have obtained project approval. Antu Pumped Storage Power Station, Tonghua Pumped Storage Power Station and Wangqing Pumped Storage Power Station are in the preliminary work stage and are expected to be successively put into operation during the 16th Five-Year Plan period. After full commissioning, a complementary clean energy pattern featuring pumped storage in the east and wind & photovoltaic power in the west will take shape. The large-scale grid connection of pumped storage units will exert significant impacts on the power grid framework of Jilin Province and the provincial new energy accommodation rate.
