Abstract:
An intelligent review system based on a rule engine is proposed to address the low efficiency and inconsistent standards of manual review of relay protection drawings. Drawing information is structured through CAD secondary development, and automated review is achieved by forward chaining over an evolvable rule base. Experiments on 243 engineering drawings show that review efficiency is improved by about 28.5 times over manual review, with 98.5% error detection accuracy and 1.7% miss rate, outperforming existing automated baselines.
