Abstract:
Due to the varying levels of expertise among electrical testing personnel, discrepancies in wiring techniquesPower Cable; Direct Current Resistance; Measurement; Error Analysis during the measurement of the direct current resistance of power cables can lead to significant variances in measurement outcomes, even under identical testing conditions and employing the same instrumentation. To verify the precision of the measurement data, this study employs two different model testing instruments to perform comparative analyzes of the measurement data from different wiring methods horizontally and vertically. The disparities in the data are examined and methods are proposed for measuring the direct current resistance of cables with varying lengths, thus offering pertinent technical guidance for on-site direct current resistance measurements.
