电力电缆直流电阻测量的误差分析

Error Analysis of DC Resistance Measurement for Power Cables

  • 摘要: 电力电缆直流电阻测量中,因电气试验人员技能水平差异,常采用不同的接线方法,导致在相同测试环境与试验仪器条件下,不同人员的测量结果存在显著偏差。针对四种接线方式,开展了系统的实验比较研究。基于实验数据并结合理论原理,对各种接线方式的测量结果进行了横向与纵向的综合分析。最终,依据分析结果,提出了针对不同长度电缆的直流电阻测量推荐方法,旨在为现场测试提供有效的技术指导。

     

    Abstract: Due to the varying levels of expertise among electrical testing personnel,discrepancies in wiring techniquesPower Cable; Direct Current Resistance; Measurement; Error Analysis during the measurement of the direct current resistance of power cables can lead to significant variances in measurement outcomes,even under identical testing conditions and employing the same instrumentation.To verify the precision of the measurement data,this study employs two different model testing instruments to perform comparative analyzes of the measurement data from different wiring methods horizontally and vertically.The disparities in the data are examined and methods are proposed for measuring the direct current resistance of cables with varying lengths,thus offering pertinent technical guidance for on-site direct current resistance measurements.
