Abstract:
Major projects refer to those that align with national and provincial industrial policies, development plans, and high-quality development orientations, involve significant investment, and positively impact the high-quality development of the provincial national economy and society. Addressing the issue of information lag in the monitoring of major project construction progress, this paper proposes a full lifecycle progress quantification analysis method based on electricity consumption big data. Taking annual major projects in a certain province as empirical objects, the study constructs a power consumption curve classification trend quantification model, achieving a digital mapping of the project"s "progress bar". Application results show that this method can accurately identify the status of project construction, effectively assess the actual progress of key projects, and provide quantifiable data support for precise power services to support high-quality economic and social development.
