不同拉丝油服役周期下铝导线盐雾腐蚀行为研究

Corroision behavior of aluminum conducting wire produced using drawing oil with various service period in salt bath environment

  • 摘要: 对某电缆厂铝导线拉丝油随服役周期延长的性质变化进行了检测,并通过中性和铜加速盐雾试验分析了拉丝油服役周期对导线腐蚀发黑的影响规律。发现:随服役周期延长,拉丝油的颗粒含量和粘度提高明显,酸度和碱度提高,含水量较为稳定。在中性和铜加速盐雾腐蚀实验中,不同拉丝油服役周期下铝导线发黑现象无显著差异。导线在中性盐雾实验中发黑以局部斑状腐蚀为主,而在铜加速盐雾实验中,腐蚀速度极快,在24小时后表面即全部腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: The property evolution of aluminum wire drawing oil with various service periods was evaluated, and its effect on corrosion behavior of thus produced aluminum conducting wire under neutral and Cu accelerated salt bath experiments were investigated. It was found that prolonged service period resulted in pronounced incerease in solid particle density, mild increment in acidity and alkalinity, whilst marginal change in moisture content. Aluminum wires produced using drawing oil with various service periods exhibited similar corrosion tendancy under both neutral and Cu accelerated salt bath corrosion experiments. The aluminum wire was predominently eroded by localized corrosion in the neutral salt bath experiment, while rapid corrosion took place in the Cu accelerated salt bath experiment, with the wire been completely eroded in only 24 hours.
