Abstract:
A communication-level analysis was conducted on the new energy wind farm. The time consumption of typical links in the control chain was analyzed, and it was pointed out that the mismatch between the AGC control cycle and the real-time active power data upload cycle of the wind turbine group led to the presence of time lags in the key data of the control process, which might cause low-frequency oscillation of the active power at the grid connection point of the power station. For this problem of blind regulation of active power control due to data lags, this paper starts from three aspects: key data verification, control strategy optimization, and control instruction export, and proposes three suppression measures: multi-source data security anti-error mechanism, active power margin control optimization, and control instruction export security verification. The feasibility of these measures was verified through simulation with the original scenario substitution and actual operation..
