单级矩阵式AC-DC变换器的控制策略研究

Research on Control Strategy of Single-Stage Matrix AC-DC Converter

  • 摘要: 从拓扑结构模态分析的角度对单级矩阵隔离式AC-DC变换器进行研究,推导了时域内变换器的电压电流表达式,列写电路的状态方程并结合广义状态空间平均建模法,得到了电路各状态变量的状态空间平均方程,计算了相应变量的传递函数。在宽电压范围的应用场景下,利用分析结果搭建并测试了一台6.6kW的单级矩阵隔离式AC-DC变换器样机,仿真与实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: From the perspective of topological modal analysis, a study was conducted on a single-stage matrix AC-DC converter. The voltage and current expressions of the converter in the time domain were derived, circuit state equations were written, and combined with the generalized state-space averaging modeling method, the state-space average equations of the circuit''s state variables were obtained, and the transfer functions of the corresponding variables were calculated. In application scenarios with a wide voltage range, a 6.6 kW prototype of a single-stage matrix AC-DC converter was built and tested based on the analysis results. Both simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
