Abstract:
From the perspective of topological modal analysis, a study was conducted on a single-stage matrix AC-DC converter. The voltage and current expressions of the converter in the time domain were derived, circuit state equations were written, and combined with the generalized state-space averaging modeling method, the state-space average equations of the circuit''s state variables were obtained, and the transfer functions of the corresponding variables were calculated. In application scenarios with a wide voltage range, a 6.6 kW prototype of a single-stage matrix AC-DC converter was built and tested based on the analysis results. Both simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
