基于 Modbus 485 的储能消防进排风装置通用控制箱设计

  • 摘要: 新国标(GB/T 44026-2024、GB/T 42288-2022)要求消防主机实时显示进排风装置状态并强制防爆通风。针对现有控制箱无通讯且不得内置于防爆风机或电池舱的问题,设计具备Modbus 485通讯的通用进排风控制箱。以西门子S7-200Smart SR20 PLC为核心,集成断路器、继电器等元器件,独立安装于舱外安全区,支持手动/自动双模式,通过自定义Modbus RTU点表上传运行/故障状态并接收远程启停指令。手动/自动模式稳定响应,远程启动与状态上传延迟≤1000ms,通讯成功率100%,-10℃~55℃可靠运行,兼容多品牌装置。完全满足国标防爆安全要求,显著提升储能消防系统智能化与运维便捷性,应用前景良好。

     

    Abstract: New national standards (GB/T 44026-2024, GB/T 42288-2022) require that the fire alarm host display the real-time status of intake/exhaust devices and enforce explosion?proof ventilation. To address the problems of existing control boxes lacking communication capability and being unsuitable for built?in installation inside explosion?proof fans or battery compartments, a universal intake/exhaust control box with Modbus 485 communication is designed. With a Siemens S7?200Smart SR20 PLC as the core, the box integrates components such as circuit breakers and relays, is independently installed in a safe area outside the compartment, supports manual/automatic dual modes, and uploads operation/fault status and receives remote start/stop commands via a custom Modbus RTU point map. The manual/automatic modes respond stably, remote start and status upload delays are ≤1000?ms, communication success rate is 100%, reliable operation is achieved from –10?°C to 55?°C, and the box is compatible with devices from multiple brands. It fully meets the explosion?proof safety requirements of the national standards, significantly improves the intelligence and maintenance convenience of energy storage fire protection systems, and has promising application prospects.
