某抽蓄电站变速机组下导轴承瓦温过高原因处理及分析

Cause Analysis and Treatment of High Bearing Shell Temperature in the Lower Guide Bearing of Unit 11 in a Pumped Storage Power Station

  • 摘要: 本文针对某抽蓄电站变速机组调试期间发现下导轴瓦温度过高影响现场调试进度。通过认真分析轴承结构、瓦温趋势变化数据,查找问题根源,停机后通过拆解发现下导密封环密封不严,后续调试得以顺利进行,为国产抽水蓄能变速机组设计选型提供了实践经验,具备参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:This paper addresses the issue of excessive temperature in the lower guide bearing of a pumped storage power station variable speed unit discovered during the commissioning period. Through careful analysis of the bearing structure and temperature trend data, the root cause of the problem was identified. After shutting down and disassembling, it was found that the seal ring of the lower guide bearing was not strictly sealed. Subsequent commissioning proceeded smoothly, providing practical experience for the design and selection of domestic pumped storage variable speed units, and possessing reference significance.
