Abstract:
Based on the law of energy conservation, a dynamic boiler-turbine energy balance model was established, and a full-dimensional optimization scheme for improving the Kp value of AGC frequency regulation was proposed. The scheme includes variable-rate setting optimization, reconstruction of BTU coal-quality correction logic, enhancement of main-control feedforward, and refined PID parameter tuning, so as to realize real-time matching between energy supply and load demand. After optimization, the Kp value of Unit #1 increased from 4.01 to 5.30, an increase of 32.24%, while the regulation rate increased by 105.81%. The Kp value of Unit #2 rose from the pre-optimization average of 4.76 to a post-optimization peak of 5.62, an increase of 18.03%. The operational stability of both units was also improved, providing an engineering reference for AGC optimization of similar thermal power units.
